Testing Sites
The city set up a webpage to find free COVID-19 testing sites: https://www.phila.gov/covid-testing-sites/ You can search for locations using your address. Look for a convenient location on the map and click on it for specific information like hours of operation and whether it is a walk-up or drive through facility.
Sign up for the Vaccine
Philadelphia set up a COVID-19 Vaccine Interest Form. You can notify the Department of Public Health you want to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. When a vaccine is available to you the Department of Health (or one of their approved distribution partners) will contact you. The site is not capable of setting up appointments yet since they don’t have enough vaccines yet. But by signing up you’ll be among the first to know. Don’t have internet access? Call the COVID Call Center at 215-685-5488 and someone will assist you in filling out the form.
